You'll play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable experiences for our members. This position requires a candidate with a proven track record in premium customer support and CRM management, preferably with experience in luxury or premium sectors. You'll be instrumental in the members selection process, ensuring seamless onboarding, personalized engagement, matchmaking, and meticulous management and optimization of member interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our premium members, delivering exceptional support and personalized service across multiple channels.
  • Utilize your CRM expertise to maintain accurate member records, optimize automated workflows, and enhance overall efficiency in member management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address member inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Leverage CRM insights to identify trends, anticipate member needs, and drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.
  • Plan and execute digital and physical events tailored to our members' preferences, ensuring each experience reflects our Club's commitment to honor.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and process enhancements to elevate the overall member experience.


  • Outgoing, energetic, charismatic character
  • Minimum of 1 year in full-time community management, event management, or another high-ticket customer segment 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM platforms and automation tools, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams using project management tools
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury or premium sector, with a focus on personalized service and relationship management.
  • Experience in either event management, film production, advertisement or other fields where you physically manage lots of people
  • Familiarity with additional tools or technologies relevant to CRM optimization and digital event planning.
  • A passion for self-improvement, a critical mindset, and an honor-driven value set 
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in team management of teams larger than 8 people
