GENERAL MANAGER and Late Co-Founder Opportunity - THE GRIM

Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and value-driven General Manager to lead operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven background in scaling and growing start-up organizations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market presence, revenue, and product range.
  • Ensure the hiring of top talent aligned with our growth strategy and product range expansion.

Marketing and Sales:

  • Building and overseeing marketing initiatives to enhance conversions.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations for a seamless customer experience.

Business Development:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including licensing and franchising.
  • Manage and expand strategic partnerships.

Operational Management:

  • Improve and expand efficient operations on our CRM utilizing AI and automation 
  • Implement financial management best practices
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years in a management role, preferably in e-commerce, franchising or subscriptions
  • Experience in large community digital marketing, funnel and lead magnets, ad-campaigns
  • Proven track record of scaling companies and driving revenue growth as well as staff retention.
  • We prefer candidates based in the US or alpine countries (Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein) as we plan to set up operations in Switzerland, alongside the US.
