GENERAL MANAGER and Late Co-Founder Opportunity - THE GRIM

Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and value-driven General Manager to lead operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven background in scaling and growing start-up organizations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market presence, revenue, and product range.
- Ensure the hiring of top talent aligned with our growth strategy and product range expansion.
Marketing and Sales:
- Building and overseeing marketing initiatives to enhance conversions.
- Oversee e-commerce operations for a seamless customer experience.
Business Development:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including licensing and franchising.
- Manage and expand strategic partnerships.
Operational Management:
- Improve and expand efficient operations on our CRM utilizing AI and automation
- Implement financial management best practices
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 4+ years in a management role, preferably in e-commerce, franchising or subscriptions
- Experience in large community digital marketing, funnel and lead magnets, ad-campaigns
- Proven track record of scaling companies and driving revenue growth as well as staff retention.
- We prefer candidates based in the US or alpine countries (Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein) as we plan to set up operations in Switzerland, alongside the US.
