Role Overview

We are seeking a value-driven, positive spirited Sales Support Agent. The ideal candidate will ask the right questions, actively listen, and offer tailored recommendations that align with the needs and goals of the clients. This role focuses on building sincere relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, which automatically translates into driving sales and growth. We focus on service, not on profit. 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Provide caring customer service via email, chat, and video call.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information, also proactively. 
  • Manage support tickets in our CRM, engaging and re-engage with those people who have reached out to us and offer GRIM products and solutions if suitable 
  • Start conversations on Telegram, Instagram, and YouTube with promising leads
  • Employ an AI bot strategy to enhance customer engagement and streamline support processes.

Sales Strategy:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Utilize CRM and automation tools to streamline and enhance the sales process.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer feedback and work with the team to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support (experience with high-ticket items is a plus).
  • Leadership experience (3+ people teams) including hiring
  • Project management experience in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or others
  • Experience with CRM software incl. sales tools
  • Strong self-organization  and self-discipline habits
  • Ability to see patterns and constantly learn and iterate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
